DESCRIPTION:Join us as we discuss mental health in the workplace. During this session you will learn tools and tips for assessing your mental health and  also discover best practices to promote a mentally and emotionally strong inclusive workplace culture. \n\n\n\nWho should attend:  \n\n\n\n\nAll people managers\n\n\n\nHR leaders\n\n\n\nAnyone interested in building a healthier and more inclusive working environment\n\n\n\n\nWhat you will learn:  \n\n\n\n\nBasic concepts on mental health and how they apply to work\n\n\n\nQuick tools to assess your mental wellbeing and \n\n\n\nSimple tools to reconcile our emotional needs with each other at work.\n\n\n\n\nAbout your presenter: \n\n\n\nJavier is a LatinX and 2SLGBTQI+Q Canadian entrepreneur and speaker at the intersection of  business and mental health. Through his work at The House of Purpose\, Javier redefines what is possible by  using our emotional capital to create healthier and more inclusive working environments. Javier has had a rich  global corporate career in Sales\, Marketing\, Purchasing and Human Resources\, and he is now training as a psychotherapist. Since 2005 Javier has lived in Toronto with his husband Marco.
