Mentorship is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling roles one can play by adding value to peoples’ lives and contributing to their growth. It is equally beneficial for the mentor as it is for a mentee\, as mentorship offers opportunities for mutual learning\, knowledge-sharing\, network expansion\, and contributing to the economy. Futurpreneur provides young\, diverse entrepreneurs funding and mentorship to create a formidable entrepreneurial ecosystem built on self-reliance and prosperity for all. \n\n\n\nFuturpreneur and Canada’s 2SLGBTQI+ Chamber of Commerce (CQCC) have partnered to provide better support and more opportunities to young 2S2SLGBTQI+QIA+ entrepreneurs. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis workshop will provide more information for CQCC Members and Partners on the Futurpreneur Mentoring Program\, and key information on how to get involved! \n\n\n\nSign-up today to learn more about how you can support a young entrepreneur and make an impact in the entrepreneurial space.

DESCRIPTION:Canada’s 2SLGBTQI+ Chamber of Commerce (CQCC) is heading to Halifax!\n\n\n\nWe invite members to join us for an evening networking event where we will learn about the CQCC’s Supplier Diversity program\, designed to assist 2SLGBTQI+ entrepreneurs grow their business networks and opportunities\, and the CQCC’s Rainbow Registered Accreditation; Canada’s national standard for safe and inclusive spaces\, open to all businesses across Canada.  \n\n\n\nHors d’oeuvres and a drink ticket will be provided. “Cashless bar” available as well – please bring your credit or debit card. Please register by March 2nd. \n\n\n\nMembers are encouraged to attend a free 2SLGBTQI+ Inclusivity training in the afternoon\, which will focus on the use of language and how to create an inclusive work environment for your guests\, clients and employees.
