Mentorship is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling roles one can play by adding value to peoples’ lives and contributing to their growth. It is equally beneficial for the mentor as it is for a mentee\, as mentorship offers opportunities for mutual learning\, knowledge-sharing\, network expansion\, and contributing to the economy.
