For too long, 2SLGBTQI+ professionals have been excluded from traditional business spaces.
The FAM is a queer professional network that strengthens entrepreneurship and fosters connections across the country by offering resources, networking opportunities and inclusion in CQCC’s ecosystem. Value having a robust queer professional community? This program is for you — whether you own 1% or 100% of your business!
The FAM is designed to meet you where you are in your entrepreneurial journey. This program is designed to help you grow your business, expand your network, and gain visibility across the country.
Through the FAM program, CQCC is working to create a truly inclusive Canadian economy. We’re supporting all self-identified 2SLGBTQI+ business owners, entrepreneurs, contractors, freelancers, gig workers, and side hustlers to actively participate and see their businesses thrive.

If you’re a self-identified member of the 2SLGBTQI+ community and a professional, the FAM is for you. It’s that simple!
This program is for all queer professionals, entrepreneurs, contractors, freelancers, side-hustlers – you name it! The FAM is for anyone interested in growing their visibility, professional network, and access to entrepreneurial resources, workshops, networking and promotional opportunities.

The FAM is a space that is designed for Queer professionals, by Queer professionals. Focused on connection, community building, and resource sharing, CQCC’s The FAM brings together all entrepreneurial 2SLGBTQI+ folks from coast to coast to coast, to build more robust support networks, to learn from one another’s expertise and experiences, and to gain more industry-focused connections. .

Join before March 31st, 2026 and become a Founding FAM member – enjoy free access until April 1st, and unlock your first year at our current promotional pricing:
The FAM uses an annual membership model and is launching with promotional pricing for folks who join the “Founding FAM”:
- Students and Recent Graduates (within the last 3 years): $129
- Individuals: $199
- Business Owners (with at least 1 employee): $279
