In a business context\, we constantly need to make decisions or have others understand our way of thinking. This is why having a good understanding of storytelling is vital. It can be a powerful tool for persuasion. Often\, when we write at work\, we are looking to move people. \n\n\n\nIn partnership with Brainspired Publishing\, CCQC will host a seminar discussing storytelling and how we can use the skill in business writing. Hear from four 2SLGBTQI+Q2S+ authors about their processes and discover how it applies to business. But in order to be successful\, destinations and operators must ensure that 2SLGBTQI+ customers feel welcome\, accepted and are served in a way that exceeds their expectations and accommodates their needs. \n\n\n\nTo support efforts in developing market-ready products\, CCQC’s Navigating 2SLGBTQI+ Diversity and Inclusion in the Tourism Industry helps tourism-based businesses learn about 2SLGBTQI+ inclusion and how to effectively understand\, value\, and serve 2SLGBTQI+ customers and employees. \n\n\n\nThis training is presented as a workshop webinar\, live via Zoom. \n\n\n\nThe webinar is being filmed in Halifax.
