Markus has designed and implemented enterprise security intelligence systems in Canada\, the Caribbean and South America. \n\n\n\nMarkus joined the Canadian Armed Forces in 1988 and filled a variety of roles. He joined IBM Canada in August 2011 as a Senior Technical Professional and intelligence SME. Markus joined IBM after serving in the Canadian Armed Forces for 25 years and is a veteran of the Bosnia and Afghan conflicts. In 2019\, Markus joined Versatil as the Director of Intelligence and Security Operations.
