Through his work at The House of Purpose\, Javier redefines what is possible by  using our emotional capital to create healthier and more inclusive working environments. Javier has had a rich  global corporate career in Sales\, Marketing\, Purchasing and Human Resources\, and he is now training as a psychotherapist. Since 2005 Javier has lived in Toronto with his husband Marco.
