The national grocery leader recently became Rainbow Registered, a milestone that reflects its deep commitment to ensuring teammates, customers, and partners feel respected, valued, and safe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What does the Rainbow Registered milestone mean for Sobeys?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Becoming Rainbow Registered is part of our journey, not the destination. It reinforces our conviction that fairness and inclusion are foundational to our success as a business. In 2023, more than 450 teammates, along with friends and family, joined Pride parades across the country \u2014 our biggest turnout yet. But allyship goes beyond June.
