Nominations are now open for voting members of CQCC to complete the self-nomination process to be considered to serve as a member of the Board of Directors (BOD) from January 2024 through December 2025.
Nominations will be accepted from February 1, 2023 through March 31, 2023.
If you are unsure of your current membership status, please contact the CQCC office at office@cglcc.ca to verify if you are eligible to stand for election.
All voting members of CQCC are eligible to submit their self-nomination for the Board of the CQCC. The elections will take place June 16, 2023 at the CQCC Annual General Meeting (AGM).
All applicants will be reviewed by the nominating committee. A Board recommended slate will be presented to CQCC voting members at the AGM. If applicants are not in the recommended slate, they will have the opportunity to withdraw their application or have their application stand for a vote at the AGM.
