NAM to FAM Form – CQCC: Canada's 2SLGBQTI+ Chamber of Commerce

Through your current membership, you’ll continue to access all the benefits of your National Associate Membership, and more, as a FAM member. Your membership will continue at the current monthly rate until March 31st, 2026, at which point we’ll be wrapping up the National Associate Membership program in its current form.

If you’re a 2SLGBTQI+ entrepreneur, you will need to confirm your enrollment in the FAM program through this form continue accessing your CQCC membership beyond April 1st, 2026.

Your NAM membership will end and your FAM membership begin on April 1st, 2026. *’Recent graduates’ includes anyone who has graduated from an educational institution within the last three (3) years. ** ‘Business Owners’ applies to any individual whose business employs at least one person other than yourself.
